ASAP Report Submission Assistance
ASAP submissions should be made within 24 hours of event occurrence or within 24 hours of becoming aware of the event.
For assistance in submitting an ASAP report or questions concerning any ASAP program, contact the following:
An alternate means is available to initiate an ASAP report by calling the ASAP Hotline @ 808 835-3273. Leave name, employee number and indicate your desire to initiate an ASAP report; do not include any other information concerning the event. ASAP Hotline notifications provide an immediate capture time for the event, however, an electronic report must still be completed by the submitter on the Hawaiian Safety website within 72 hours.
